We do not offer refund once your subscription has been successfully charged. Cancellation request must be initiated PRIOR to your billing cycle.

PLEASE NOTE, CANCELLATION request must be done BEFORE the end of your billing cycle. Check your LAUNCHPASS email when you first signed up for the approximate date, which is usually 30 days after the sign up date.
